For easy and simple on-site testing of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) we have specially designed refill packs for COD Vials. Our refill packs are designed for COD Vials that are based on digest closed micro reflux COD measurement according to the Standard Method (ISO 15705:2002) and also help meet USEPA standards. It makes the process of COD Testing easier and safer than the traditional open reflux titrimetric method. These refills are for all the vials of standard size 16MM that are used in COD that follows international standard methods for COD testing.

Before ordering

Calibrate
Use suitable fresh standard solutions and follow the calibration steps in the model manual.
Prepare the sensor
Inspect, rinse and condition the electrode or sensor. Remove bubbles and deposits that may affect response.
Measure and record
Allow a stable reading, note sample temperature and document calibration and instrument identification.
